The Registration Fee covers conference materials, lunch on the four working days of the conference, the welcoming reception and visit to Atatürk’s Mausoleum and the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations.

Early Registration will close on 30 April, 2009, and Late Registration on 1 June, 2009. The registration fee should be paid by bank transfer to one of the Conference Accounts given below, and a scanned copy of the transfer document sent to the conference e-mail address. The participant is responsible for paying all expenses connected with the transfer.

Research students registering at the reduced rate must present a document showing their status as a student.

Accompanying Persons . There is space on the form to register an accompanying person. Additional social events may be available for accompanying persons, details will be announced later.

Lunch (Monday July 6 – Thursday July 9) will be served to all registered participants, at no extra cost, in the Social Complex where the Keynote Talks will be given. Accompanying persons who wish to partake of lunch with the participants will be able to purchase lunch tickets from the Registration Desk.

Accommodation on Beytepe Campus will consist of a single bed in a double en suite room. If you are sharing your room there is space on the form to indicate a preferred roommate. If you have registered an accompanying person you may use this space to indicate that you would like this person to share your room.

The price per person is for Sunday night July 5 – Thursday night, July 9, inclusive, and includes a buffet-style continental breakfast Monday – Friday, and an evening meal on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.. We regret that we cannot offer a refund for those who arrive late or leave early. Since the number of rooms is limited, you are advised to register early. The organizers reserve the right to make alternative arrangements if necessary. Payment may be made by bank transfer (see above), or by cash at the Registration Desk on arrival. Requests for accommodation outside this period should be made in the comments box (but see also the note about July 11). If you are a vegetarian, please mention this in the comments box. Note that the meals will not contain pork in any form.

A Welcoming Reception will be held on Monday evening in the Social Complex on Beytepe Campus. There is no additional cost for registered participants and resident accompanying persons. Others will be able to purchase a ticket at the registration desk.

The Tour of Ankara is free to all registered participants and resident accompanying persons. Others may be asked to make a small contribution towards transport and museum fees.

The Conference Dinner will be held at the renowned Osmanlı Restaurant in the replica of Estergon Castle in Ankara. Tickets will be available for purchase at the reception desk. The cost will be in the region of 35 €, including transport.

The optional but highly recommended Cappadocia Trip willbegin on Friday morning and end with dinner on Saturday evening. The price includes a night’s stay at the Peri Tower hotel, where you have the choice of a single en suite room, or of sharing a double en suite room. In the latter case there is space on the form to give a preferred roommate. The price includes transport, hotel costs, all meals, admittance to museums and a guide. In order to make sure of a room at the hotel you are requested to pay by bank transfer (see above) when you register.

Accommodation for Saturday, July 11. Those going on the Cappadocia trip may wish to have a room on campus for Saturday night. The price is for a single bed in a double en suite room, and includes breakfast on Sunday morning. The form has a space to enter a preferred roommate if you are sharing. You may pay by bank transfer (see above), or in cash at the Registration Desk on arrival.

Participants are responsible for paying all charges connected with the transfer. Registration and (if applicable) the Cappadocia Trip should be paid for by bank transfer, Accomodation may be payed for by bank transfer or by cash on arrival.
